Alton Brown Local Appearance

Alton Brown of Food Network will be appearing at Barnes & Noble in Princeton, NJ Next Monday 10/4/2010. He’ll Be signing copies of his new book – Good Eats 2 : The Middle Years.

Good Eats 2: The Middle Years picks up where the bestselling Good Eats: The Early Years left off. Showcasing everything Alton Brown fans have ever wanted to know about his award-winning television show, The Middle Years is chock-full of behind-the-scenes photographs and trivia, science-of-food information, cooking tips, and-of course-recipes.

First Place Ribs

Thanks to everyone who joined us at BBQ & Blues in the Park. We are very excited and proud that our ribs won 1st place in the competition.

Our next event will be the Maryland State BBQ Bash in Bel Air, MD on August 13-14. Hopefully you’ll be able to join us then.

BBQ & Blues in the Park

Join us tomorrow 7/24/2010 at BBQ & Blues in the Park  in the municipal parking lot in Mt Holly, NJ. The festival goes from 11am-7pm.


There will be activities for the whole family including live music, a wing eating contest, rock climbing and Minute To Win It Games.

We’ll be selling BBQ and other foods will be available like water ice, kettle corn and ice cream. And there’s a beer tent.
